NOTICE REGARDING TORALBA v. RITE AID SETTLEMENT APPROVAL HEARING
(Case No. 37-2017-00041583-CU-OE-CTL)
If you received a class notice in the Toralba v. Rite Aid settlement this is an update.
The original final approval hearing date of May 29, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. in department C-72 did not go forward as scheduled due to the San Diego Superior Court’s closures related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Court held a status conference on June 8, 2020. At that time, the Court reset the final approval hearing for June 17, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. If you would like to appear at this hearing you are required to make a remote appearance using the CourtCall system.
